Question : How do I register / enroll my Campus?
Answer : Email us at recruitment@firstsource.com and provide details about your campus. If you meet our selection criteria, our campus coordinators will get in touch with you.

Question : How is the selection process done?
Answer : Our campus process starts with a pre-placement talk with students to help them understand Firstsource better. Interested and eligible students can then appear for a written test. All short listed candidates will be taken through an HR interview. Candidates will be informed of their selection at the end of the selection process.

Question : Will Firstsource help further my studies?
Answer : Our Education Assistance program helps employees pursue higher education in professionally related areas.

Question : What assistance does Firstsource offer after I join?
Answer : All employees whose hometown is different from the place of training, will be provided accommodation for 15 days.They will also be reimbursed II AC railway fare from their hometown to the training location.
